Your assessment and contact details

The assessment asks eight questions about your workflow. Email and phone are required in the final step. When you press “Submit & see result,” your answers, contact details and suggested starting point are sent securely to our server and emailed to Backside Studios at caiodiascoelho@gmail.com. We use this information to review your workflow and follow up with you by email or phone about possible services.

Your result uses fixed rules based on the choices you select. Your answers are not sent to an AI service. Until you submit, answers remain in the current page’s memory and are cleared when you reload or close it. Please select information categories only; do not include customer records, passwords, account numbers or other sensitive information.

Email delivery and follow-up

We use Resend to deliver assessment notifications and Gmail to receive and manage them. These providers process the information in the message to provide their services. Your contact details and assessment remain in our mailbox for review and follow-up; you can request correction or deletion.

After submission, “Email our specialists” opens an optional follow-up draft in your email app. That additional message is sent only when you press Send in your email app. You can choose whether to include your assessment in that draft. Submitting the assessment does not subscribe you to a marketing list or authorize automated marketing calls or texts.

Hosting and protection

This website does not use marketing analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting and delivery providers may process connection information, including IP addresses and delivery logs, to operate and protect the services. A short-lived request counter helps limit repeated submissions. Assessment messages are not stored in a separate website database.
